1. Information We Collect

To provide personalized matrimony matchmaking services, GRAH LAKSHMI VIVAH collects personal and demographic details submitted during registration or office consultation:

• Profile Information: Full name, gender, age, date of birth, city, religion, caste/gotra, education, and partner preferences.
• Contact Information: Phone number (WhatsApp), email address, and physical residence address.
• Identity Verification Documents: Govt. issued ID proofs (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving License) provided for background verification.
• Technical Log Data: Submitter IP address, timestamp, device metadata, and login OTP logs recorded during form submission or portal authentication.

2. How Your Data Is Stored & Protected

Your personal information is stored securely in encrypted databases hosted on production cloud infrastructure. Access to client profiles is strictly restricted to authorized staff members (Admins, Team Leads, and Support Executives) of GRAH LAKSHMI VIVAH.

3. IP Address Retention & Statutory Compliance

In compliance with the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) Advisory for Matrimonial Websites and Indian IT Act Regulations:

• We capture and retain submitter IP addresses along with registration and authentication timestamps.
• IP logs and audit records are retained for a minimum statutory period of 1 year (365 days), even if a profile registration is subsequently deleted or closed.
• This log retention is mandated for cyber audit compliance and fraud prevention in Indian matrimonial platforms.

4. Staff Access & Authorized Disclosure

Your profile information is processed by assigned relationship managers for the sole purpose of matchmaking. We do not disclose personal information to third parties except:

• When explicitly authorized by you to share profile details with prospective bride/groom families.
• When required by law enforcement or judicial authorities under a legal subpoena or investigation.

5. Profile Access, Correction & Deletion Rights

Clients may log into their Customer Portal at /my-account to update their current city, phone number, and partner preference notes.

To request a complete removal or closure of your matrimony profile, you may submit a request to our office or email our Grievance Desk at grahlakshmivivahofficial@gmail.com. Profile closures are completed within 7 days (statutory IP retention records remain preserved for 1 year).
