Membership Plan Refund Schedule
Refund requests for membership plan purchases (Super Saver, Mini, Premium, Liberty, Star Shine) are evaluated based on the time elapsed from the payment date and profile service activity:
Full 100% payment refund if cancellation is requested within 3 days of purchase, provided no candidate contact profiles have been shared yet.
50% refund if cancellation is requested between 3 and 7 days. 50% is retained for administrative & matchmaker review services.
Non-refundable after 7 days from payment date, or once a candidate contact profile list has been shared with the family.
How to Request a Refund / Cancellation
To initiate a refund or membership cancellation request:
- Submit a written cancellation request with your client name, phone number, and payment receipt reference number to grahlakshmivivahofficial@gmail.com.
- Alternatively, visit our Head Office at Orderly Bazar, Varanasi with your payment receipt copy.
Refund Processing Window
Once a refund request is approved by our office management, the approved refund amount will be credited back via bank transfer or original payment mode within 7 to 10 business days.
