2. User Eligibility & Truthfulness Warranty

By submitting a profile registration inquiry, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are of legal marriageable age in India (minimum 18 years for females, 21 years for males).
• You are legally competent to enter into a matrimonial union under applicable marriage laws.
• All information, age, education, city, and family background details provided by you are true, accurate, and correct to the best of your knowledge.
• You are registering for yourself or on behalf of your son/daughter/sibling with their explicit consent.

3. Anti-Harassment & Contact Misuse Rules

Clients must treat all prospective candidate profiles with dignity and respect:

• Contact details shared by our office must be used strictly for matrimonial discussion between families.
• Commercial solicitation, financial extortion, harassment, stalking, or inappropriate communication with candidates or their families is illegal and will result in immediate profile ban and legal reporting.

4. Profile Suspension & Termination Rights

GRAH LAKSHMI VIVAH reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or delete any profile registration without prior notice if:

• A user provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• A complaint of harassment, financial fraud, or vulgar behavior is received against a user.
• The user violates any provision of these Terms or Indian cyber laws.
